Meet The Team

Lydia Chadfield

Lydia has 14 years experience in accounting with a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from the Open Polytechnic of NZ. As a Nelson-based NZ accountant she specialises in compliance work. She is Xero Certified and while this is her favourite platform to use due to its ease of use for clients and great functionality, she is also experienced with numerous other systems. Lydia is also a member of The Accountants + Tax Agents Institute of NZ (ATAINZ). One of the most important aspects for Lydia in her role is building strong relationships with her clients.

Jess Patterson

Working over eighteen years alongside small business owners and staff implementing new systems and increasing revenue and profits Jess has a great understanding of how things work. Her experience includes a couple of busy restaurants where she worked alongside the owners to increase profitability and manage staff, and as a dairy farmer of 5 years, climbing the ladder to sole charge management she understands the needs of farmers. She also owns her own successful agricultural retail product business that has recently expanded into the international market.

Jess knows exactly what every start-up needs to hit the ground running including branding and strategy. She has a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) and is Xero certified, with experience in multiple systems. Jess is also a member of The Accountants + Tax Agents Institute of NZ (ATAINZ).
