Initial Consultation Policy

To ensure that we use our time effectively and provide the best service to all clients, we kindly ask you to review our Consultation Policy before booking an appointment.

Payment

To confirm your appointment, you are required to pay the initial consultation fee in advance. The standard consultation fee is NZD $200 plus GST. If you require priority service, the fee is NZD $300 plus GST. Once your payment is processed, we will send you a confirmation email with the appointment details. If no payment has received within 48hours of the appointment, your appointment will be cancelled. 

Payment is due on invoice before meeting. Please be aware that we do not accept cash or cheques. 

Your payment will be held until your consultation. After the consultation, if you engage our services the amount paid for the consultation will be discounted from work completed. 

Priority Service

If you need urgent assistance (within 24–48 hours of contacting us), we offer a priority consultation service for NZD $300 plus GST. This fee must be paid in advance.

For cases that are complex, have tight deadlines, or require reviewing a large amount of documentation, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee for priority service following an initial review of your situation.

Rescheduling or Cancelling Your Appointment

If you provide us with more than two (2) business days' notice, we will be happy to reschedule your consultation to a different time at no charge.

Due to the high demand for consultations, we charge an administrative fee for cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice. Additionally, if you reschedule your appointment more than once, a fee may apply.

We understand that unexpected situations may occur, and we will assess such cases individually based on the circumstances provided.

Lateness and No-Shows

Please ensure that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late, kindly contact us to inform the office. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to offer the full hour for the consultation. Refunds will be subject to approval by Apex Accounting Limited. 

If you miss your appointment without prior notice, we reserve the right to charge an administrative fee.
